Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Please Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.
For orders cancelled after 2 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 10% cancellation fee is applied.
We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have already been shipped. If the postal address provided is not valid, we are unable to intercept the item in transit.
Delivery addresses, phone numbers and recipient names can only be changed
if the orders have not been shipped out yet.
Once shipped, we can no longer change the invoices and addresses since these are already printed and orders have already been handed over to our third-party couriers.
Unfortunately, we do not have an option to modify your order after it has been placed.
However, you may definitely cancel or change an item in your existing order as long as it has not been shipped yet. ( Please see Cancellation Policy above)
In that case, please send us a request to cancel your item immediately.
To cancel an order after you have paid, the bank will charge us transaction fees. Thank you for your understanding.
1. RETURNS POLICY
Any Goods which you believe are defective must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase (there is no need to telephone us).
For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on worn earrings or body jewellery.
We do not send out replacements. We will send you a credit note within 2-3 weeks on receipt of your return of goods which we agree are defective through faulty workmanship.
We recommend using recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage.
Returns are sent at your own expense.
Please note - imitation jewellery will go off colour, especially metal based jewellery. Time for discolouration will depend on their use and the environment in which they are worn or stored. We are unable to credit you for goods that have discoloured. Please refer to our FAQ page for HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR JEWELLERY.
All items are Fashion, Lab Created, Simulated jewellery unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change our terms & conditions of business without notice.
All prices are excluding VAT.
All goods remain the property of Jewellery Supermarket Ltd. until paid for.
No goods will be credited until paid for.
No claims will be allowed for pilferage or damage unless notified to carriers and ourselves immediately.
Notice of non-delivery must be given within 14 days after the delivery period indicated in the tracking details.
All images are copyright to Jewellery Supermarket Ltd. Their use in any form without permission is strictly forbidden.
Our liability is limited as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
Conditions for Returns:
Jewellery Supermarket will refund a product only if the product is delivered with 1 of these 2 conditions.
Wrong product - If you received the wrong product due to our shipping mistake, please notify us within 2 business days after delivery, with photo proof, and we will arrange for you to return the incorrect product.
Defective Product - If you received a defective product, please notify us within 2 business days after delivery , with photo proof, and and we will assign an RMA for you to return the product back to us. After we have examined and confirmed the defective product we will issue a refund for the purchase price
Procedure to file for Returns:
If your products meet one of the conditions above, you have 15 days from the day of delivery to file for a return. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to start a return process.
Credit Card Refund: Upon receipt of your returned item(s), your credit card refund will be processed within 5 business days and will take 1-2 weeks to appear on your credit card from the day we have processed the refund depending on your credit card company.
Paypal Refund: Upon receipt of your returned item(s), your PayPal refund will be issued within 5 business days and will take 1-2 days to appear on your PayPal account.
We do not issue store credit.
NO Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
Any refused shipment sent back to Jewellerysupermarket.net does NOT constitute the right to a refund or credit. The customer will have to make arrangements with Jewellerysupermarket.net to receive the refused shipment again.
Any returned shipment without the proper RMA# does NOT constitute the right to a refund or credit and will be refused by Jewellerysupermarket.net.
No returns will be accepted after 15 days of delivery, regardless of the reasons.
No returns will be accepted for items which are on sale at the time of purchase
We will not accept returns aside from wrong or defective products. We will not accept returns if you do not like the looks or quality of the products
We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However in some cases, due to the current global situation this time frame may be extended to 30 working days. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card.
Please note shipping costs are not refundable.
All goods must be counted and checked at the time of delivery. Any damage or faults must be reported on receipt of the goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Any claim in respect of the above should be made by contacting us within 48hrs of delivery.
No claims will be entertained unless the above conditions are strictly adhered to.
No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by the customer. ( Please check your ring size carefully especially - or refer to https://the-jewellery-supermarket.myshopify.com/pages/ring-sizes)
No credit or refund will be given for any losses due to the incorrect storage or handling by the customer of any goods supplied by us.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund lost returns
